Do you always operate?
We operate 7 days a week. We may have an abbreviated schedule on or
around certain holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day,
Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas
Day).

Are reservations required?
Reservations are required. We do not stop at pickup locations if we do
not have reservations scheduled there.

3.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
We recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours prior to
travel or as soon as you know your travel plans. Reservations are
required - we only stop at our pickup locations for which we have
scheduled reservations.

4.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Since GO
Rochester Direct is our agent, your credit card statement may show the
shuttle charge from GO Rochester Direct or Rochester Direct.


5.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to travel.
Failure to do so may result in charges to your credit card.

6.
Is GO Carefree Shuttle affiliated with GO Rochester Direct?
We do have a partnership with GO Rochester Direct. Go Rochester Direct
answers the phones, takes reservations and serves as our agent at the
Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport.
Most
of our shuttles now go through Rochester rather than on the river road
with transfers to and from GO Rochester Direct Shuttles in Rochester.
This has allowed us to double the amount of departure times which
offers you more flexibility when making your travel plans.

7.
Can I take the shuttle from La Crosse or Winona to Rochester?
Absolutely - we offer daily service between La Crosse / Winona and
Rochester, with service to the Rochester Airport and the Kahler Grand
Hotel which is located across the street form the Mayo Clinic in
downtown Rochester.

8. Where are you located at the Minneapolis-St Paul
International Airport?
GO Rochester Direct is our agent at the airport. Their desk is located
in the Ground Transportation Atrium at the Lindbergh (main) terminal.

9. What happens if my flight is late and I miss my
scheduled shuttle?
If you are scheduled on the last scheduled shuttle of the day from MSP
to your location, options would include car rental, staying at the
airport or an airport area hotel and taking one of our shuttles the
next morning.
If
the shuttle you missed was not the last shuttle of the day
from MSP to your location, we can move you to next scheduled shuttle
time provided there is seating available. In some cases, if there is
not another shuttle that day to your location, you might be able to at
least get as far as Rochester with GO Rochester Direct.

10.
How much luggage is allowed?
Each passenger is allowed two pieces of luggage plus a small carry-on.
Additional pieces are allowed subject to space availability and are
subject to additional fees of $10 per piece.
Please
contact us if you have any questions. You may also want to check the
luggage policy of the airline you are flying. Some airlines now charge
additional fees if you have more than one checked piece of luggage.

11. How early should I be at my pickup location?
We ask that you be at your pickup location 15 minutes prior to the
scheduled departure time if you are taking our shuttle to the
Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport. This helps us to stay on
schedule in order to get to the airport at our scheduled arrival time.
If you are taking our shuttle from the Minneapolis-St Paul
International Airport we ask that you check in at the GO Rochester
Direct desk as soon as possible prior to the scheduled departure time.

12.
Do you provide car seats for children?
We do not provide car seats, but you are welcome to bring your own.

13.
Is my dog or cat allowed?
We do allow dogs and cats if they are in a pet carrier and there is an
additional $10 charge. Service dogs that are aiding a passenger are
allowed at no charge.

14. Can I ship a package on your shuttle?
We do offer same day package delivery between our pickup locations and
the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport.
The charge is $18 for one package and $2 for each additional package
going to the same location. Additional charges apply for packages being
picked up or delivered to a twin cities area address.

15. Who do I contact regarding refunds or comments on the shuttle
service?
